Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:1007

Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Isma’il bin Abi Khalid narrated to us, from Qays, from ‘Adi bin ‘Amirah al-Kindi, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and he mentioned the like of it, except that he said: "For indeed, it is *ghulul* (misappropriation of spoils), which he will bring on the Day of Resurrection."
