Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:1126

Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from 'Abd al-Karim, from 'Ikrimah, that Safiyyah was with the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) on the day of the Trench.
