Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: It was narrated to me from Ibn ‘Uyaynah, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, sent off ‘Ali, and he did not meet him.
