Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:139

'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, who said: If he has a slave woman from the People of the Book, he may have intercourse with her if he wishes, and he may compel her to perform ghusl (ritual bathing).
