Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from Burd, from 'Ata', from Jabir, who said: We used to go on military expeditions with the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, to the land of the polytheists, and we would not refrain from eating in their vessels and drinking from their water skins.
