Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:172

Narrated to us Abd al-Rahim, from Isma'il ibn Abi Khalid and Zakariyya, from al-Sha'bi, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "In buried treasure (al-rikaz), there is one-fifth."
