Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:258

Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who committed a crime requiring a prescribed punishment (hadd), then went out as a combatant (muharib), then sought amnesty and was granted amnesty. He said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) which he had incurred is to be carried out upon him.
