'Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from al-Awza'i, from 'Abdah ibn Abi Lubabah, that he said regarding the slave if he flees to the land of the enemy: He is not to be killed until he takes refuge in a stronghold, and he is to be returned to his master.
