Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:33

Mu'adh ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, he said: 'Awf narrated to us, from Ziyad ibn Mikhraq, from Abu Kinana, from Abu Musa, who said: "Indeed, part of the glorification of Allah is honoring the elderly Muslim, and the bearer of the Qur'an who neither exaggerates regarding it nor neglects it, and honoring the just ruler."
