Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:342

Humaid ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Ibrahim ibn al-Muhajir, from Mujahid, who said: Umar assigned six thousand [dirhams] each to the people of Badr. And he assigned the same amount to the wives of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
