Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:39

'Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from al-Awza'i, from some of his companions, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Beware of the usury of *ghulul* (stealing from war booty): that a man rides a mount until it becomes exhausted before it is returned to the spoils, or wears a garment until it becomes worn out before it is returned to the spoils."
