Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:40

Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Asim, from Abu Wa'il, who said: We went on a military expedition with Salman ibn Rabi'ah to Balanjar. He forbade us from loading [our belongings] onto the animals of the spoils of war. However, he granted us permission [to use] the sieve, the bolter, and the rope.
