Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:409

Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Zuhayr ibn Abi Thabit, from Dhuhl ibn Aws, from Tamim ibn Masih, who said: I went out from the house and I had no child, so I found a foundling (laqit). I informed Umar about it, and he attached him to the hundred (i.e., he granted him a stipend of one hundred).
