Hushaym narrated to us, from Husayn, that two men from the people of Ullays accepted Islam during the era of Umar. He said: They came to Umar and informed him of their Islam, so he wrote to Uthman ibn Hunayf for them, that he should lift the jizya from their heads and take the tax (tasq) from their lands.
