Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:482

Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from al-Awza'i, from Sa'id ibn Jabala, from Tawus, that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Indeed, Allah sent me with the sword before the Hour, and He placed my provision under the shadow of my spear, and He placed humiliation and lowliness upon those who oppose me. And whoever imitates a people, he is one of them."
