Abu Usama narrated to us, he said: Al-Hasan ibn al-Hakam al-Nakha'i narrated to us, he said: Abu Sabra al-Nakha'i narrated to us, from Farwa ibn Musayk al-Muradi, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When you come to a people, invite them. Whoever answers you, accept [it from him], and whoever refuses, do not be hasty until you report it to me."
