Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:546

Ali ibn Hafs narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Talha, from Humayd, from Anas, that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, marched toward Khaybar and arrived there at night. And the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, whenever he arrived at a people by night, would not attack them until he reached the morning.
