Waki’ narrated to us, from Abu al-Umays, from Iyas ibn Salamah ibn al-Akwa’, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever kills [an enemy], he shall have his spoils."
