Waki’ narrated to us, from Isra’il, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu ‘Ubaydah, who said: Abdullah said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) gave us as a *nafl* (spoils of war) his sword—meaning the sword of Abu Jahl.
