Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:574

Waki' narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "I have been commanded to fight the people until they say: 'There is no god but Allah.' If they say: 'There is no god but Allah,' they have protected their blood and their wealth from me, except for its right, and their reckoning is with Allah." Then he recited: "So remind, [O Muhammad]; you are only a reminder. You are not over them a controller."
