Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:626

Waki’ narrated to us, [he said] Isma’il bin Abi Khalid narrated to us, from Qays bin Abi Hazim, from Jarir, [who] said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Will you not relieve me of Dhu al-Khalasa?" It was a house that belonged to Khath’am, which they used to worship during the Jahiliyyah, and it was called the Ka’bah of the Yemenis. He said: So I went out with one hundred and fifty riders. He said: We burned it until we made it like a mangy camel. He said: Jarir sent a man to the Prophet (ﷺ) to bring good news. When he arrived to him, he said: "By the One who sent you with the truth, I did not come to you until we left it like a mangy camel." He said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) blessed the Ahmas, their horses and their men, five times.
