Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:700

Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Qays ibn Muslim, from al-Hasan ibn Muhammad, he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) sent a military detachment, and they obtained spoils of war. Then a group of people came after them. So, "And those in whose wealth is a recognized right, for the beggar and the deprived" was revealed regarding their wealth.
