Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:729

Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from al-Hakam, that a man from the polytheists was killed on the day of the Trench. They offered the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, [a price] for his corpse until they reached the [amount of] blood money, but he refused.
