Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from the nephew of Khalid ibn al-Walid, that al-Harith said to him: "Give me." So he gave him from the *khums* (one-fifth) before it was divided. He disliked that and said: "When it is divided into fifths, then give me."
