Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:774

Waki’ narrated to us, [saying] Kahmas narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Shaqiq al-Uqayli, who said: A man stood up to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, inform me about the spoils of war." He said: "For Allah is a share, and for these [people] are four." He said: I said: "Is anyone more entitled to it than another?" He said: He replied: "If you were shot with an arrow in your side, you would not be more entitled to it than your brother."
