Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:777

Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi, regarding [the verse]: "And know that anything you obtain of war booty, then to Allah is its fifth," he said: The share of Allah and the share of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, are one.
