Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:78

Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Abu Makin bin Aban narrated to us, from Ikrimah, that he disliked wearing silk and brocade in war. And he said: "I hope for what there is in martyrdom by wearing it."
