Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:789

Waki' narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Khusayf, from Mujahid, who said: It was not permissible for the family of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, to receive charity, so the fifth of the fifth was assigned to them.
