Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:829

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Abu Ishaq, from Salman ibn Rabi'ah, regarding what the enemy possesses: He said, "Its owner has more right to it as long as it has not been divided. But if it has been divided, then there is nothing [for him]."
