Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:837

'Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hasan, who said: It is not permissible for a Muslim to carry food or weapons to the enemy of the Muslims by which they may be strengthened against the Muslims. Whoever does that, he is a transgressor (fasiq).
