Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:899

Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi narrated to us, from Habib al-Mu'allim, from al-Hasan, that a man from the polytheists performed Hajj. When he returned, departing, a man from the Muslims met him and killed him. So the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, commanded that his blood money be paid to his family.
