Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Salim, from Kurayb, who said: A woman came to Ibn Abbas, and her son wanted to go on a military expedition, but his mother disliked that for him. Ibn Abbas said to him: "Obey your mother and stay with her."
