Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:932

'Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Muhammad ibn Talha, from his father, Talha ibn Mu'awiyah al-Sulami, who said: I came to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I desire to perform Jihad with you in the way of Allah, seeking thereby the Face of Allah." He said: "Is your mother alive?" I said: "Yes." He said: "Stick to her." I said: "I do not see in them [the people], O Messenger of Allah, sufficiency [or: I do not see that I can do without them]." I repeated it to him several times. He said: "Stick to her two feet, for there is Paradise."
