'Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from Musawir al-Warraq, who said: I asked al-Sha'bi about a woman from the People of the Covenant (Ahl al-Dhimmah) whom the enemy captured, then the Muslims overcame them and she fell into the share of one of them. He said: She is to be returned to her people.
