Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:10

Affan narrated to us, he said: Aban al-Qattan narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Abi Kathir narrated to us, from Abu Qilabah, from Thabit ibn al-Dahhak al-Ansari, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: There is no vow upon a man regarding that which he does not possess.
