Ibn ‘Ulayyah and Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Umar ibn Dharr, from Mujahid, that a man touched the belly of a woman, and she miscarried a fetus. ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab ordered him to emancipate a slave.
