Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:13

Shababa ibn Sawwar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, or from Ibn al-Juwayriyah—the doubt is from Abu Bakr—he said: I heard Abdullah ibn Badr mentioning from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said: "And there is no vow in an act of disobedience."
