Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:169

Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Ibn Sirin, that Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) called a servant of his and freed him. Then he broke his oath and did that which he had sworn against.
