Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:17

Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from Zayd ibn Rafi', from Abu 'Ubaydah, from 'Abdullah, who said: There is no fulfillment for a vow in disobedience to Allah, and its expiation is the expiation of an oath.
