12318. Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from al-Hakam and Hammad, regarding a man who swears an oath about a thing while intending it [deliberately]. Hammad said: "There is no expiation for this." And al-Hakam said: "Expiation is better."
