Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:181

Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who made a man swear an oath, then caused him to break it. He said: It is more beloved to me that he (the one who broke the oath) performs the expiation for his oath.
