Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:189

Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, who said: If a man says, "I swear," or "I bear witness," or "I take an oath," and he does not say "by Allah," then it is nothing.
