Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:2

'Abdullah bin Numayr and Abu Usamah narrated to us, from 'Ubaydullah bin 'Umar, from Talhah bin 'Abd al-Malik, from al-Qasim bin Muhammad, from 'Aishah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "Whoever vows to obey Allah, let him obey Him; and whoever vows to disobey Allah, let him not disobey Him."
