Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:201

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim and Waki’ narrated to us, from Mis’ar, who said: I heard Hubayrah narrating to al-Hakam ibn Utaybah for thirty years, he said: A woman from among us made her house a gift. So Ibn Abbas ordered her to give its price as a gift.
