Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:212

Abu Amir al-Aqdi narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Qays, who said: I said to Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, "I am walking in this cloak of mine until I travel with it to the Kaaba to speak to a companion of mine." He said, "So I arrived." I said, "Yes." He said, "Go and put on your garment, for the Kaaba does not dispense with your garment or with you." He said, "He commanded me, so I went to al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, and he said to me the same as what Sa’id had said. When I left him, his messenger caught up with me and said, 'Do you have a dirham?' I said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Give it in charity,' and he said, 'Al-Qasim commanded me to [tell you] that.'"
