Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:215

Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from Tawus, Ata, and Mujahid, they said: "Whatever is gifted to the House (the Ka'bah), let camels be bought with it, and then let them be given as charity."
