Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:231

Hafs narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from al-Hakam, from Miqsam, from Ibn Abbas, regarding the man who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating. He said: "He shall give in charity a dinar or half a dinar."
