Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:233

Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating. He said: "It is a sin he has committed, so he should seek forgiveness from Allah for it."
