Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:256

Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, he said: Sa’id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan and Jabir ibn Zayd: They both said: If he says, "I am in the state of ihram for Hajj," he must offer expiation for his oath.
