Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 7:258

Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, he said: Zuhayr narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who says, "I am under the obligation of a thousand Hajj pilgrimages." He said: He shall perform Hajj as much as he is able.
